There are four versions of SLAM-Hive to use: workstaion, cluster, cloud and view-only.

We deploy the “view-only” version on the https://slam-hive.net. In this version, we forbid all the interfaces that maybe change the database (for safe). So this version is mainly for the viewing exsiting evaluation runs.

If you want to use all the interfaces of SLAM-Hive, we recommend that you install the SLAM-Hive in your own workstation or cluster. Here we offer you a tutorial for quick start. If you find it's hard to start building your own SLAM Hive, we highly recommend you to see this tutorial.

cloud version Because this version need to pay money for cloud server when user, so it may spend much money during you 在部署和实际使用中会支付钱，如果操作有问题，则会支付不必要的资金；并且我们在实际部署中也有很多针对Aliyun以及我们所处地区的特定要求，以及涉及隐私，所以我认为该版本适合对特定的大型任务进行专门的任务设计和代码构建；所以我们不提供该版本的详细使用tutorial，只提供一些简单的说明；如果您需要使用该版本，可以在仓库中的代码的基础上进行修改。
